Rosemary Foccacia

A delicious and easy to make bread – if you have a bread machine!  Serve warm (as soon as it has cooled from the oven).

Ingredients:
150ml boiling water
225g plain flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp dried yeast
1 tbsp olive oil

For the topping:
Sprigs of rosemary
Garlic cloves
Coarse sea salt

Use a bread machine to make the dough, then roll it out on a lightly floured surface until it is about 1cm thick. Baste with olive oil, salt and garlic, and push sprigs of rosemary into the top. Then bake in a 200C oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
