I tried out the recipe from here: http://thedessertspoon.com/2013/02/09/honeycomb/ and I’m happy to report that it was pretty good, although I don’t think I boiled mine for *quite* long enough, despite hitting the required 150 degrees on the candy thermometer. It was still a bit too chewy for my ideal honeycomb but I’ll re-visit it next time and try keeping it boiling for a bit longer.
